Delete Account Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

At GadiChalak, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to request the deletion of your account and personal information.

1. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their GadiChalak account at any time through the application or by contacting our support team.

If the in-app account deletion feature is unavailable, you may submit your request by emailing:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

• Registered Mobile Number

• Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)

After verifying your identity, we will begin processing your account deletion request.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your deletion request has been verified:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately.

• You will no longer be able to log in to the application.

• Your active sessions will be terminated.

• Your personal profile information will no longer be accessible.

3. Data Deletion Timeline

Your account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted within 90 days of receiving your verified deletion request.

During this period, your account remains inaccessible and cannot be used.

4. Data That Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently removed:

• Name

• Email Address

• Mobile Number

• Profile Information

• Saved Addresses

• Push Notification Tokens

• Device Identifiers associated with your account

• Driver Ratings and Reviews submitted by your account

• Other personal information stored in your account

5. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after account deletion when required by applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

This may include:

• Booking transaction records

• Payment transaction references (processed by third-party payment providers)

• Tax and financial records

• Security logs

• Fraud prevention records

• Records required to comply with legal obligations

Any retained information will be securely stored and used only for the purposes required by law.

6. Processing Time

Most deletion requests are processed much sooner than 90 days.

However, please allow up to 90 days for complete removal of your personal information from our active systems and backups.

7. Cancelling a Deletion Request

If your deletion request has not yet been completed, you may contact our support team to cancel the request.

Once permanent deletion has been completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
